AI in Actualog
Actualog uses AI to help users work faster with structured product data.
AI can help with:
- explaining pages, fields, and workflows;
- finding relevant Help topics;
- suggesting next steps when a user is unsure;
- supporting product import and data preparation;
- helping with category and attribute questions;
- assisting with translation and text improvement.
The main user-facing assistant is Hex. You can open it from the Ask Hex button on supported pages.
When Hex answers a question, it may show:
- a short explanation;
- links to relevant Help topics;
- links to pages where the action can be performed;
- an action offer when a supported task can be started from the assistant.
Use AI answers as guidance. Review all important results before applying changes to your company data.
